Client: Fort Street Capital
Centre: Noosa Village

With 3 shopping centres in Queensland and a management team spread between Sydney and Melbourne, it is important for Fort Street to have local consultants they can rely on - enter Setting Up Shop!

Fort Street engage Setting Up Shop to manage tricky fitouts, for example, food tenancies or tenants who need more help to get their new fitout open.  In the case of Noosa Village, the centre will be going into refurbishment soon.  But with several leases coming up for renewal the tenants needed to lift their fitout standards - a lot.

Challenge: someone has to go first!
Solution: hand holding and fitout project management

Of course, no-one wants to be the first one to spend the extra money and deliver a better fitout.

By carefully managing the tenant through the design expectations, helping them brief their designer, and then value managing the fitout plans, we helped Noosa Village Meats kick off the new centre standards.

We worked closely with Gazman to make sure they were only spending money where it was needed to give the store a much needed face lift.

J1 Sushi have a successful operation, but this was the only one of their stores that didn't match their corporate look.  Minimal works to the operational side of the business meant their budget could be spent delivering a fitout in line with their other stores.

The newsagency was taking a slightly smaller tenancy after being in the same place for many years!  Their new look brings them bang up to date.

Tenancy by tenancy, Noosa Village is looking better and better!
